Amy was bred by Joanne & Jeff Givens in California, out of their lovely white and black champion Springhaven's Baby Huey, and Bearbrook's Springhaven Kirtsi.

At the time I was to get Amy I was in the midst of a big change in my life, and so my friend and fellow breeder, Pat Woodfin, took her to Texas and we co-owned her together.

In March of 2002, Amy had her first litter and I flew to Texas to pick up a male from the litter and bring him home to NH. We named him Bud, and he is a most wonderful young boy. Recently Amy came to live with us also!
